What are your credit card and cancellation policies?

The Boxing Hare requests credit card details to secure a booking.
Please note, should the table be cancelled OR the number of guests reduced with less than 24hrs notice. We reserve the right to charge your card £20.00 per person. 

In the event of a no-show, the charge will be £30.00 per person

*Extenuating circumstances will of course be considered.

What spaces do you offer for special occasions?

Whether it be a milestone birthday, a private party, a wedding, or a business event. Our eclectic Garden Room is available to hire privately for all types of occasions.

Do you accommodate outside seating?

Our sizeable and well-maintained garden now boasts a small collection of eclectic Garden Pods, a heated tented terrace area, and a private Gazebo (seating six). The Pods and Gazebo are in high demand, so be sure to book ahead to avoid disappointment!

What is your policy on dietary requirements?

During the booking process, please indicate specified dietary requirements. We cater to vegans, vegetarians, and celiacs.

What is your pet policy?

If you’re planning on bringing your four-legged friends along, we kindly ask that you let us know prior to your visit, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

Do you have outside facilities?

We offer a large car park, outside seating areas, covered garden pods, a tented terrace patio, and a private gazebo.

Accessibility:

Free WIFI, child-friendly, baby changing facility, accessible loo, hand sanitiser, and dog-friendly.

Do you provide walk-ins?

Please note, walk-ins can usually be accommodated on quieter days of the week. We highly recommend booking during our prime opening times (Fri-Sun) to avoid disappointment.
